FAQ: FAQ
-
Is the game child friendly? All our games are family friendly however, if the group is 14 years old and under they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This can be within the room itself or within the control room with the Games Master. As a personal recommendation children under the age of 12 would benefit from an adult being present in the room to help them out alongside the clues given by the Games Master.
-
When should I arrive? Please arrive at your designated start time. This is to allow sufficient clear time between group sessions, so we can clean down and re-set the room for your arrival. But you are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes early if this makes you more comfortable.
-
Is the room accessible?Unfortunately, our game is located on the 1st floor of a grade 2 listed building with no alternative access. we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this causes. However, we can recommend LIVE Escape. They have a ground-floor games in Cross Keys that might be more accessible, they are well worth talking to and have some really fun games.
-
What if I need to reschedule? No problem! Life happens and sometimes you may not be able to attend the game you booked. We offer limited rescheduling free of charge to an equivalent time slot.
-
What if I need to cancel? You can cancel by calling us on 01722 428980 or emailing us at info@salisburyescape.com. Please note we are no longer able to give refunds. If your booking is cancelled, we can offer you reschuldling at no extra charge or we will provide a voucher to the value of your game to be used within one year of the cancellation date.
-
Will we REALLY be locked in?Groups are not literally locked in,doors leading outside the game space are fully accessible and players can leave at any time and for any reason.
-
Is there parking? We have no parking on site, however, we are central to Salisbury City Centre where you can find plenty parking. We recommend Central Long Stay or Maltings as the closest to us.
-
Can I bring my dog?YES PLEASE! We love having your pups join in on the fun, provided they are house-trained, well behaved, and don’t have a habit of eating critical components required to make your escape. Any damage caused will need to be paid for by the dog's owner.
-
How long does the game last?Your team has 60 minutes to win the game, but there will be a safety briefing and time to take photos after the game. So the full experience from entering the building to leaving again, can take up to 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
-
What is the maximum group size?Individual teams can contain between 2-6 individuals. At a push 7 could be accommodated, but this may limit enjoyment to a certain extent.
-
Will I be in the room with people I don't know? No, every booking is exclusively for your group. You will not meet anyone else other than the Games Master throughout your visit.
